Hills star Heidi Montag revealed the full result of her ten cosmetic surgeries as she paraded her bikini body for the first time.
The reality television star showed off her new-look beach body in a bikini she designed herself at the grand opening of the Liquid Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
It was the moment her fans have been waiting for, the grand unveiling of the body that underwent 10 cosmetic procedures in one day last year.
But despite those procedures she has admitted that she's not totally happy with the results.

The 23-year-old star of The Hills underwent a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frownline area; a nose job; fat injections in her cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips; chin reduction; neck liposuction; had her ears pinned back; a breast augmentation revision; liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs; and a buttock augmentation.
As she was joined by her husband Spencer Pratt for the opening at the weekend, she said proudly: 'I haven't been in a bikini since my new body and of course I'm wearing my own designs so I'm excited to show the world.
Not perfect: Heidi admitted she is not completely happy with her body and wants even larger breasts
Going through changes: The Hills star said the size of her boosted chest meant she could no longer jog and she didn't like people hugging her any more

'I've been working out really hard and I've been through a lot so I'm very ready for this moment,' she added:
The pneumatic blonde turned singer was wearing a bejewelled bikini from her swimsuit line as her song Body Language played in the background.
However, she doesn't think she's perfect just yet
She said that she wants bigger breasts but the 23-year-old told chat show host Jay Leno: 'I legally can't right now.
'The limit is 800cc and I have 700cc.'
Breast implant sizes are measured in cubic centimetres and typically range from 250cc to a maximum of 800cc.
Each cc is the equivalent of a millilitre of fluid.
The Hills star said surgery has left her unable to jog, and she added: 'I'm very weird about hugging people now - [my body] is very fragile.'
Which may account for the fact that she was surrounded by six personal bodyguards as well as husband Pratt, who donned military-style fatigues and combat boots to the pool party.
Pratt did not stray far from his wife's side as she smiled and posed for photos.
She said she's ready to start work on a number of projects and is ready to leave behind the show that made her name - The Hills.
'Thank God it's ending,' she said. 'I think we're all ready for it to be done.'
